This service is aimed at customers with an existing supplier of software development services.
When you engage with a supplier to deliver a bespoke application development, have you thought about the following?
- Is delivery of the source code part of your acceptance criteria?
- Is the source code in a state that can be picked up by a new supplier at any point in the future if needed?
- Is the source code and any dependencies such as 3rd party components complete? Would you know if any files were missing?

The service is charged as a set-up fee and a monthly storage fee for the duration of the contract. Subsequent releases to an application are subject to a small management fee.
