Deployment Service
The deployment service follows strict and controlled procedures to remove the risk of application downtime when new versions of an application are deployed to your hosting facility. All deployments are carried out by the Solutioneers deployment team. This service is mandatory for any deployments by Solutioneers or 3rd party developers if an annual support contract is in place with Solutioneers.
The deployment procedures follow ITIL best practices and are customised for each application but generally follow this procedure:
- Deployment to staging servers
- Testing, validation, and acceptance
- Deployment to live servers
- Testing, validation, and acceptance
- Out of hours/off peak deployment windows are standard with this service
- Service Level Agreement for time critical deployments.
